Terms of Use
Effective date: July 12, 2026.
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using AniJett. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AniJett.
1. What AniJett provides
AniJett is an anime discovery and release schedule service. It organizes metadata, artwork, episode information, recommendations, and links supplied by third-party services. It may also display an authorized third-party embed or link to an official viewing destination when one is available.
AniJett does not grant you a license to copy, download, retransmit, or publicly perform copyrighted media. AniJett does not represent that every title or destination is available in every country.
2. Third-party services and content
Catalog information may come from AniList, MyAnimeList through Jikan, Kitsu, Watchmode, YouTube, Cloudflare, Discord, and other configured services. Those services control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. Review the applicable third-party terms before following a link or using an embed.
Anime titles, artwork, characters, logos, video, audio, subtitles, and other third-party material belong to their respective rights holders. AniJett does not claim ownership of that material.
3. Accounts and access
Some features require Discord sign-in. You are responsible for keeping control of your Discord account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s account.
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed when needed to protect the service, comply with law, respond to a rights request, or address misuse.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use AniJett for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or security features.
- Use automated requests that overload the service or evade published limits.
- Submit malware, malicious links, spam, harassment, threats, or personal information in comments.
- Copy or redistribute catalog data or third-party media in a way that violates a right holder’s terms.
5. Comments and user submissions
Comments must be lawful, relevant, and respectful. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information. You retain your rights in a comment you submit, and you give AniJett a non-exclusive permission to store, display, moderate, and remove that comment as needed to operate the discussion feature.
We may remove comments, restrict posting, or suspend an account when content violates these terms or creates a risk for other users or the service.
6. Copyright reports
If you believe a reference or destination listed by AniJett infringes your rights, follow the process in our DMCA Policy. AniJett cannot remove a file from a third-party server that it does not control, but it can review and restrict a reference from its own service where appropriate.
7. Availability and warranty disclaimer
AniJett is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Catalog data, schedules, links, embeds, and account features can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or changed without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AniJett disclaims warranties that cannot be verified from the service itself.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AniJett and its operator are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, third-party content, interruptions, inaccurate metadata, or a user’s use of linked services. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will change when an update is published. Copyright notices should be sent to [email protected]. Privacy questions should be sent to [email protected].
These terms are general website terms, not legal advice. The operator should have local counsel review them before relying on them in a specific jurisdiction.
